I've really changed my way of thinking the more I look into it..no I haven't abandoned Old Labour for the Tories (or Noo Labour for that matter)...but the way our courts operate.

In this piece a respected journalist muses on the French & German inquisitorial system of law and finds it superior.

and they don't seem to have moral panic and witch hunts in those countries.
