As you rightly state JK, in closing your fine piece, "It's called JUSTICE".

However what the good people of an uncaring, dishonest, UK heirarchy in deep denial, have always had is, hard, cold "Just Ice".

Alas I think the third option is the most likely, given what we've been told about the Operation Outreach investigation and interviews with Margaret Jones (and *AKA* Anna Raccoon I believe) - they still went ahead in Yewtree and made inaccurate/untrue information "fact" about Duncroft (wrong dates etc) despite having days of interviews and reams of proof/evidence to the contrary.

Re: TOTP there are also wild claims about 12 & 13 yr olds being "abused" on set throughout the 70s when there were strict rules about the TOTP age limit (16 from at least as early as mid-1971), and - as shown by Charlie Brooker in 2012 Wipe - this was even backed up by Jim refusing a "Fix It" in the 70s as "there are special rules for Top Of The Pops that cannot be broken even for a special fix-it"
I know someone who was there at the recording of the links for that last TOTP in 2006 - he said JS was alarmingly frail & doddery and needed assistance throughout the recording, and certainly in no fit state to "sexually abuse 13 year olds"

Not that Inspector Knacker of "The Savile Police" or St Mark would be interested in these pesky "facts"

Oh, and a TOTP cameraman (of many years) has also said most of the shows JS did, he recorded his links as quickly as possible and went - from about circa 1972 he only ever compered a show 'for the duration' if it was one of the "as live" ones recorded on the day with hardly any editing. However most shows were made up (normally 50-50) of many pre-records (The Jean Genie was one of those!), repeat performances and vt promo'sas much as freshly recorded performances for that particular show, and pieced together after recording.

I think it was also one of my posts.

Though it wasn't because he was too frail. He was doing another gig, at the same time. I can't exactly remember what it was, but it was in the press at the time.

Something like "Jimmy Savile will be appearing on the final Top Of The Pops & will end the show, by shutting the studio down. Although his appearaces on the show, were recorded at a previous date, due to him, being busy in a charity event elsewhere". All something along those lines. This would of been the Summer of 2006, I think.

spot on. I've been asked about this matter by someone else...can Chris give more details ?

Same same the Levitt Report that reveals the claimants in 2007 say the police treated them well and with sympathy and they were happy with that treatment...which defies the claims (MWT?) that victims are frightened to come forward.

But even then the report says that if they didn't know they would remain anonymous..I find it difficult to believe sex assault victims are not aware they will be anonymous...it's been a media topic for at least 10 years.

There must be a legal situation where lying - and assisting lies - can be considered criminal activities, especially when the consequences can be as severe as somebody's death.

If the repercussions can be that monies left to charitable causes get diverted or frozen, meaning projects get cancelled and future patients die, those original liars (unless they can prove truth) must be held criminally responsible.

I would like to hear stories of what kind of guy Savile was from JK or someone else that knew him. Especially in the 60's and 70s. Did any one socialise with him?
There is no doubt he was an extremely talented TV presenter.

Am I able to request an article from you, JK??

So, we have liars perverting the course of justice & an overall conspiracy fronted by MWT & the media, just to sell "News" Papers. Which is a bigger crime, as it will destroy the lives of others, that do tell the truth & the innocent charitable cases, that will lose out to false claimants. Makes ITK's DOLE scroungers, look perfect!

Follow Ray Teret on Facebook. He'll tell you exactly. He said the following: He was a perfectly a decent, when he first met him in 1963, when he helped him in the clubs, leading to Ray meeting the Beatles & then Ray got a job on Radio Caroline. The only critiscism Ray gives is "He was very very frugal where money was concerned". This has also been covered by media people, before. So, very unlikely that he ever paid anyone to keep quiet. The other moan he gives is that, when ever they went on outings together, JS always made Ray do the driving & didn't pay him! Things they had in common, were bicycle riding & running. He also says, whether JS led a double life, or changed later, he just couldn't say as by the time the 60s finished, they kind went there separate ways.

Though I'm likely to believe Ray, there are events & a previous conviction, that may go against him personally. So, I can't comment on his words. I'd like to believe him, as he comes across as being a genuine fella. You can check out his radio shows at www.rayteret.com
