I absolutely love BBC 3’s comedy “Pram Face”. I’ve only just discovered this even though it’s half-way through series 2. (But have since watched all of the first Season on I-Tunes, and series 2 on BBC I-player). It’s a wonderful comedy about an 18-year old girl Laura (played brilliantly by Scarlett Alice Johnson) becoming pregnant at an end of A-Levels party by a 16-year old gate crasher, (who she doesn’t remember!). Series 1 follows the pregnancy, and this series starts with the planning of the Christening. Laura’s parents are played by Angus Deaton and Anna Chancellor. All the cast are superb, and the show is really well scripted.

She's from a middle class family. Parents picking up bill - plus baby's father having to get a job in toy shop whilst still at school. But don't worry too much - it's fiction!

Fiction often reflects reality !
I said she didn't remember who the father is. She has his phone numbner, and agrees to meet him in a cafe. When she arrives she goes and sits with a guy who she assumes is the father, but gets the wrong guy. (It's a comedy!).
