TOPIC: Blair on Marr

Blair on Marr 12 Years, 5 Months ago
Sian Williams sitting in for stroked Marr (and very good she is too, even if her head seems strangely large)... Blair does talk incredibly well (trained as a pop star).

I disagree with Tony's position (particularly on intervention) but my God he's far better as a communicator than any current British politician.

What does he mean when he talks about a "perversion of religion"? He's referring to extremism. But every religion has subtle extremes. Leading your life based on a belief in "God" is as extreme as you can get.

Gaddafi was not at all extreme in religious terms - very moderate. Ditto Mubarek and Ben Ali.

My opinion? I want Birgitte as PM. Who cares if she doesn't exist. Let's be governed by a VIRTUAL PM. Which we essentially are anyway (the media runs them).

Many extremists are good communicators ... Enoch Powell?, Tony Benn?, Michael Foot .... Hitler?

Did he mention that bit about rich men (or peole who are responsible for multiple deaths) having difficulty entering the Kingdom of Heaven?

No ... but both Bush and B-Liar were !

Using your religion for "positive" reasons is just as bad as using it for negative ones.

I think Blair looks unwell - maybe that's Karma setting in?

I found his demeanour quite strange - like he knows "the mask is off" as regards peoples perceptions of him as "The Great Leader" & a millionaire conman but is programmed to "carry on regardless" despite 20 years of lies & deceit behind him.

There's an overwhelming air of "the genie being out of the bottle" in terms of the media, the politicos & the forces of oppression (formerly law & order) that suggests less time will be spent arguing about what is actually "TRUE" and things will just be done blatantly from now on & be damned, and most of the things we discuss on here from this staged Invasion Of Africa to the demonising of dead light entertainers and the presenting of colossal lies as 'Truth'.

Those of us seeing through it all will either be marginalised and ignored (see friends & associates of Jimmy Savile), rounded up to create an environment of 'running scared' (Yewtree and other transparent 'operations') or disposed of by other means. The lies will just continue unabated with most citizens just "going with the flow"

Blair is either mad or is a classic sociopath.
