TOPIC: Chris Huhne pleads guilty
#93507
Chris Huhne pleads guilty 12 Years, 5 Months ago
"Perverting the course of justice" - the new offence of the year 2013 - we shall see literally hundreds of politicians, police officers, journalists, public relations people, civil servants, Crown Prosecution lawyers and even Judges jailed for this over the next twelve months.

At last Personal Individual Accountability has arrived.

Yes JK.

And then, many thousands of past and present victims of UK mass injustices, cleared, released, and multi-million pounds compensated.

With their thousands of vile false accusers, fake-compo claimants, bent-cops, and lying lawyers - serious criminals - all longterm caged !

True British Justice - at long last.

He should have listened (all the way through) to my song Plead Guilty (just click on the link on the Homepage).

Every lawyer advises clients to do it.

My first thought to this was that he's either done some sort of deal allowing his ex wife to 'get off' at some point, or that his moral switch turned on just in time to protect her and their children.

More likely the latter. If you ask somebody else to "take your points", which I suspect THOUSANDS of people do, then it basically means you can never fall out with them.

My take on the change of plea; his bloody barrister said "look; we stand a very good chance for the charges to be thrown out in legal argument beforehand but if that doesn't work we're screwed and you'll have to admit guilt". Huhne said "go for it" thinking - you don't hire a dog (lawyer) and bark yourself. Big mistake, as I could have warned him.

Judge (who, I think, was once my barrister and useless) didn't allow the charges to be dropped.

Interestingly, some texts have been released that suggest that Huhne's son absolutely kicking him over the situation.

My take on his offence - no worse than speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone... everyone tries to get away with it... then everyone with a working brain cell tries to dodge the penalty points... I would guess he's guilty of both which explains why he's been a success in life.

Honesty is a very over rated quality when the society which makes the rules is fucked.

Court reports (on the BBC) suggest that she was after revenge.
