I was quite disgusted over many Guest Houses & Hotels in various parts of England, turned away their regular customers, because of the ruddy olympics. Community spirit? Bollocks!

Me & the family had been going to the same Bournemouth Hotel for 30 years. Not last Summer we didn't.

The charlaton owner said "We are not taking any bookings this year, because of the Olympics". He wasn't booked up or anything & we always, book when we leave the previous year. This year the daft idiot will fall on his face, as none of his regulars will return.

I found this disclosure interesting

I assume there are a few (very) red faces among those responsible for security at the final of the highest profile event of 2012. They have managed to down play the implications of the lapse though.

I don't understand why they calling it a legacy no one remembers it just the cock ups by Government and Olympic Comity,and Team GB didn't come first place so we lost it.
