Well, a mixed series but generally spectacular; I actually begin to think David Attenborough is God, or at least ought to be. I remember him as a BBC Controller. Before that, he was a very dishy young man (far cuter than Richard). He's always been on the cutting edge of new technology (brough colour to TV).

Still my personal favourite Africa was the Sahara/North Africa one - I start wondering whether part of my soul belongs there (my Father fought there in the war - see Photos).

Why is the BBC worth saving? David Attenborough is one of the answers.
