This is interesting.

We all know that "President" Karzai doesnt rule anything more than his office (and the car park - on a good day !) and has had a nice little run - but to order the US out of Wardak is rather interesting.

Wardak is not some remote province high in the mountains on the edge of the country - its in central Afghanistan and immediately next to Kabul !

Is Karzai strategically "changing sides" ready for when the Talban seize control (which will be about 10 minutes after the Yankers leave) ?

Why oh why do some people in the UK say 'we don't live in a true democracy' when you look around at unstable areas of the world and see how it could be?

Get off your holier than thou free speach snooping GCHQ agenda and appreciate that you wouldn't be able to think for yourself if you were in other areas of the world...........if you are comparatively comfortable with a Government that allows you to disagree with it, who accepts election results and who is able to even try to influence world opinion, then my view is you are very , very luck to be a Briton living in Britain.........
