For about 50 years I've never eaten Spag Boll in restaurants, frozen, pre packed, on planes, hotels... why? Because I've assumed the mince will contain shit of some kind; if only crap chunks of discarded leftovers. I always have Napolitano (tomatoes - who can screw up tomatoes?).
But I make bolognese at home frequently and love it (I usually do it with minced or diced chicken breast).

Funny though, I only eat eggs from places where you can buy them with the 'crap' literally still on them. Luckily around these parts of North West Lincolnshire, we have an abundance of farm shops.
