OK, my hometown....nothing spesh , bit of a hole really, but that goes for many places nowadays....anyway, she's visiting today for about 2 and half hours......and I'd like to share with you my amusement , consternation, dissaproval and all round small town media coverage our local paper is giving it.....
'the world is watching'....ha ha ha live web coverage, streaming video ! and a delay in her arrival as its a pea souper here, so she won't get a good view of the mighty skyline

....she may even drive right through (you can't drive past as we are the end of the road) and not even stop ha ha ha

I'm not mocking her, I'm just baffled at how the local media handles such an event....is there no other news today?

this reminds me of that mad reality show where the Duchess of York would call unexpectantly on people ( I loved it)and they filmed some down and outs in a council flat saying.."quick lock the bloody doors and shut the blinds..Fergies in town"
