Quite sweet.

As an advert for Brixham it is lovely and probably very special to those who live there, however, for those of us that wouldn't know Brixham if it bit us on the bottom it is all a bit pointless.
In my opinion (feel free to ignore) it is worth making changes to appeal to a wider audience.
you could alter the lyrics so that you appear to be singing to a lady, with Brixham revealed in the final verse perhaps, and the video more along the lines of a romance in Brixham.

nice...and Brixham looks wonderful.
