how does this keep children safe? 12 Years, 4 Months ago
I've emailed a couple of these weirdo 'child protection " agencies seeking a genuine answer and they skirt about this issue and will not give a clear answer:

Human rights ruling could let 50 sex attackers roam unchecked Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk

I'm open to any suggestions but I cannot get them : ie how does having a name on another list (given that all those on this list already have a police record) stop someone doing something if they are intent upon breaking the law ?

and if it does stop them, why don't they put the frigging c**nts who stole my car three times, burgaled and trashed my flat twice, mugged once with a friend when we were walking down the street, mugged me and nearly beat me to death 35 years ago when i was walking down Portobello Road one night..why aren't they on a bloody list ???

"Why aren't they on a bloody list"

If your jailed for more than 12 months for violent offences I think you go on a list/database, the police want your details etc...
