don't pay your TV lincense if Savile fiddled with you 12 Years, 4 Months ago
Revenge of Jimmy Savile victim

A WOMAN who claims she was sexually abused by Jimmy Savile and more than 30 other men at the BBC has vowed to go to jail rather than buy a TV licence.

## no mention in this tale that she is also a member and organiser of the English Defence League, runs a 'security' firm and is apparently a bouncer!(I wouldn't tangle with her ).

Question :
1) in the upcoming compo battles would you get just one payment or one for each assault ?...like 30 payments in this example ?

2) as I recall meeting Savile once (recovered memory syndrome) in the foyer of Broadcasting House (and disappointingly, he wasn't wearing a shell suit but jeans )..does shaking my hand count as an assault ?

I have bills too.

I yawned on Sunday, when I read this non news item on the front of the Sunday Express & still am yawning now.

What in the name of God was a 9 year old, doing out on her own to start with, anyway? Poor family or not.

Today the non news is (once again)JS could of been stopped in 1964! Then I hear that this particular alledged complaint to Police, concerned the raping of a man!

This doesn't add up at all. People (that knew JS well) all say the same. He didn't like Homosexuals. Neither did he like cults or kids...So, how this load of baloney fits together is totally out of this world & until I hear of any "actual" evidence to prove any "abuser" right, I stick by all guns & say "This is all a set up con, by the media & that halfwitted money making detective & his mates.

Don't be silly, shaking hands in itself does not count as an assault. The question is how did he look at you as you shook hands and how did this make you feel?

Someone was on Radio Merseyside today claiming that because her father had refused to take her to the BBC it was evidence that he knew all about the Savile "abuse"
She hadn't ever discussed it with him mind you.

What I don't understand is how no-one seems to have any sympathy at all for Jimmy Savile when it looks entirely possible he could be innocent, i'd say there is as much chance of that as guilty and even if he was 'guilty', there is no way on earth he is guilty of anywhere near all he is being accused of and he can't even defend himself - cos he's not here.

No-one seems to think that matters or is sad...

re: the 1964 claim- this is rubbish. There are no records of complaints that go back that far. It can only be anecdotal.

This new claim is certainly a new slant on things but is another reflection of society driven by media.
The problem with this case is that no-one in authority thought to look deeply into the claims when they were made in the 1960's, 1970's, 1980's and 1990's because of his fame and friends in high places. This inactivity has come back to haunt them. Now he is dead and the likes of the police and BBC celebs suddenly say, 'Well actually we did know of it but didn't really do anything.' This and the mention of 'compo' has opened up the floodgates of 'claimants'.
Some may possibly be genuine, but I bet that the vast majority are false and the police and BBC are rolling over on their backs paying out to all and sundry assuming that all claimants are telling the truth. If someone had delved deeper into allegations when they were made all those years ago rather than dismissing them, JS's card may have been officially marked (instead of an unofficial urban myth) and we wouldn't have this complete mess and knee-jerk overreation as vasts amounts of time and money are wasted on closing the door after the horse has bolted and the media goes going into mass hysterics. I don't think JS saying he disliked kids or gays is necessarily proof of innocence. He may doth protest too much like certain Cardinals.

you must be gentle with me as this is a case of Recovered Memory Syndrome..I'd forgotten this meeting until someone reminded me.

As details emerge under therapy at the Tavistock Institute more horrors may be revealed...to coincide with the arrival of various utility bills.

a nice holiday would help as well.
