Is he the last of the 'being served' cast to pass away?
He was a good actor, who seemed to get better with age.RIP.

Mr Rumbold, played by Nicholas Smith throughout all 10 series is still alive. As is Mr Spooner, played by Mike Berry in series 8 - 10 is still alive.

Of the regular/semi-regular cast, these are the only remaining suvivors. Nicholas Smith being the only one who appeared in every series. (Only Frank Thornton, Wendy Richards, Molly Sugden, John Inman and Nicholas Smith stayed the entire length of the programme)

Think you'll find it was Wendy Richard not Richards!

Thanks Dixie, I've been correcting people all afternoon regarding them saying that only Mr Rumbold is left by reminding them of the Blue Riband Blues man.
