I've felt rotten yesterday and today. Had to go and do some work in Sheffield earlier in this terrible weather so got home and automatically ordered a Chicken Madras from one of the best curry houses this side of Brick Lane.

Gotta say I feel 80% better already. You can stick your Beechams powder tonight I think.

I think theres a lot of anti-viral properties in the peppers, chillies and the other spices in the mix. Always feel much better, to the point of being able to do things, after eating a curry whilst having a cold.
