T May given a raspberry in the Abu Qatada case - and quite right too; no evidence, no proof, you CANNOT lock up an innocent man. Without them, we'd be like Zimbabwe, Syria, Iran, Libya, et al

Of course, individual Judges do sometimes make daft decisions (they are human) but on the whole the system work (to protect us).

my Labour hate list is longer than my Tory list.
