..and it has indeed finally paid off.
Everytime I find an edible wild mushroom, I throw it to the dog, like a stick, if it is damaged.
Today my little jack russell, led me excitedly, to a small growth of porcini(cep) mushrooms in the woods.
I am very proud of her, as she is a rescue dog, and she is very proud of herself too.
Porcini risotto it is then!
