Just one reason why false allegations succeed... 12 Years, 2 Months ago
I do hope anyone examining the flood of accusations against celebrities are reading 65 My Life So Far or watching Vile Pervert: The Musical - but for those who haven't bought from Amazon or seen the free online movie yet...

One of my false accusers (the one who, after twice changing the dates of the alleged offences, has settled on one now when I can prove I was in North America) admitted in court that he and the female police officer investigating my case had discussed in detail compensation and money he could get.

The police had been banned from attending the trial in court and were having to wait outside (they were furious).

So when the lady cop gave her sworn evidence she was asked, having removed her hand from the Bible, whether she had ever talked about compensation with the witness, she said firmly "never".

There was an audible intake of breath from the jury. Yet they still found me guilty. I wanted her or the witness prosecuted for perjury but that never happened.

All this is there in black and white in the trial transcript.

I was still found guilty (though acquitted on all charges in the second trial).

"What", I wondered at the time, "does a defendant have to do to prove he didn't do something decades ago?".

Without any evidence against the accused, how can one prove it false?

Obligatory reading for all falsely accused before their trial... www.65MyLifeSoFar.com
