BBC's entertainment correspondent. I know he ticks all the right boxes in terms of demographics, but he really is out of his depth. They need someone a bit older, who actually knows things, to help him avoid his usual cock-ups, such as when Tony Curtis died and - after a painfully obvious visit to wikipedia - he spent most of his screentime saying how Curtis had been a guest artiste in The Flintstones. Then he met Cheryl Cole at some event and was too star struck to do a proper interview and just gushed like a schoolboy. Today he's been blabbing inaccurate nonsense during the Queen's visit to the BBC's own new TV complex. He's probably nice enough but please send him back to kiddies' TV!
