I bet one of my neighbours will be be first in the queue for one. They have knocked down the wall between two already large rooms creating something halfway to a ballroom, and have a ginormous TV at the far end (presumably so they dont need binoculars) They leave the curtains open and we can watch a bit of sky news from the street while Rover is dawdling by the lamp post.
