Allegations of child sexual abuse are being increasingly invented by mothers to stop fathers from seeing their children, says a retiring Family Court judge.
I dont think it is even a recent thing is it? Some parents have always used tales of domestic violence, child abuse, drunkenness and drug abuse.
I knew a mother who lied and claimed her child's father had fed her a large chunk of cannabis (Despite him not being alone with the child at the time, and that the alleged amount would have caused a medical emergency even if you could persuade a child to chew it) the story was believed and he never saw his daughter (or his house) again.
