TOPIC: The Barry George fiasco

The Barry George fiasco 12 Years ago
An innocent man, wrongly jailed, is denied compensation. Yet another example of society falling apart. How DARE Judges say "You are innocent until or unless proven guilty in a court of law"?

British Justice now says "you are guilty even if proven innocent in a Court of Law".

the High Court in Australia has just overturned a state court decision that was very similar...a woman falsely jailed for 10 years for attempted murder -set-up by a bent cop.

the High Court agreed it was wrong for her to have to prove her innocence-now she can sue for malicious prosecution.

poor Barry George..bad timing as these decisions abroad can affect law in the UK.

So right, yet also wrong again JK.

Not 'society' falling apart.

In the 'Modern Free Democracies' just backward phoney-Anglophonia falling apart, UK/US/CA/OZ/NZ/SA/IE, perversely posing as 'Best' while in fact among the worst.
