There are loads of companies who specialise in this and work very much like Music Publishers in that they (in theory) do the leg work for you, just try googling, "music sync company".

If you want to go straight to the horses mouth get in touch with Music Supervisors. There are 100's of them on Twitter and LinkedIn and you can use IMDB to research them.
