Yes Tommy was one of five Editors on my autobiography; you can see him on www.65MyLifeSoFar.com - last picture page.

I have just noticed the photo of your brother with George. Was he your pet monkey?

Ah, Honey, I'm afraid you'll have to read the book to find out all about George... available on Amazon Kindle!

It is a good job you are too far away to be slapped with a wet kipper, Mr King!
I was hoping for an actual copy because I am the only person in the world without a kindle.

Sadly there are no more copies Honey; we printed up 500 and they all sold in a week; so it's Kindle or E-Bay now...

You don't need a kindle to download the book from Amazon.
Or, you could wait for the paper-back edition ! (LOL).
Or, perhaps the Daily Mail could serialize it (LOL even more!)

Yes - my Kindle is actually an Apple mini iPad with kindle app downloaded. I still prefer books myself but we must move with the times!

I have one of the hardback copies, and have just remembered I started reading it and then completely forgot to carry on. No offence intended, it's just that other things got in the way at the time. I have just dug it out and place it by my bedside to resume where I left off (or maybe start again).

That is exactly what my cousin said this afternoon when I told him, so we have just come back from a trip to Tesco to get me a tesco tablet thing (Hudl)to use as a kindle etc, but they have gone like hot cakes apparently so we have to collect it in a few days.
I could just get the books on my blackberry I suppose, but it has never appealed to me and mine is just too bright. At least the Hudl is the same size as a book.

It is possible to download Kindle reader on to a normal pc.

I read the book through - then sold it for £30 online (I'm trying to buy a house you see!)
