Nigella's staff cleared

Now that Nigella's staff have been cleared will they be able to counter sue Nigella and her ex-husband under the same principle that Freddie Starr is suing Karin Ward, or is this privilege just open to celebrities.

This is just another, and very serious example of the depravity the British Media and Legal System has descended to with regard to 'celebrities'.
These to women were quite rightly charged with theft, ALL the evidence pointed to them having used Saatshi's credit card fraudulently.
The Court allowed the trial to be completely sidetracked, and allowed a personal and completely irrelevant attack on both Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi - the very victims of the crime.
Cameron being conned by a journalist to making a stupid statement. Outrageous and intrusive media coverage of the Court's proceedings.
It is obvious that anyone regarded as a 'celebrity' can no longer rely on the British Legal System or the Media to either defend themselves against charges, or as in this case, to bring charges against people who have committed a crime against them.
