This is exactly the reason why I adore Sounds of the 60s on BBC2 - an absolutely classic piece of brilliantly crafted pop by Motown that you NEVER hear on radio - Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell. The entire structure, arrangement, vocal performance and production show just why that was such a tremendous time for music (and one I'm very proud to have been a tiny part of).
