Watching this cute little button nosed Dylan photocopy (without the tunes) on The One Show, you'd think it would be elementary for a manager or record company executive or publisher to say "Jake you MUST open your eyes and look at your audience when you sing, especially when your song lyric says - look me in the eye".

Brain dead - label execs these days.
