Although I think he once had a regular graveyard shift show, he always seems to fill-in for shows if a celebrity fill-in is not available - I expect Zoe Ball or Richard Madeley were on holiday themselves.
Richard Allison is like respite listening as I find Chris Evans a bit too much like a toddler on E-numbers sometimes.

Great minds think alike. Always preferred Allinson. It may have something to do with his voice.
