I think the Judges are very good; each is a genuine star. I'd have kept BOTH of Ricky's two fat girls and made them into a duo. Good voices; worked really well together; black and white; perfect for numerous It's Raining Men type hits.

And Rita made a silly mistake putting two identical twins together in the battle; she also should either have married them together. Some good singers here with great images. All they need is a producer/song and Will is the guy for that.

Some very good voices on The Voice; the trick is (as I keep saying and have said for 50 years) - it's the song and the production STOOPID!

Give it to the RIGHT singer and change the sound - one of the biggest sellers of all time.

I'm terribly tempted to do POACH - grabbing rejected but decent singers, give them great smash songs, put them high in the charts and prove to the TV coaches that it's the song that matters most, then the production and thirdly the singer (virtually any singer will do, as I proved with Gina G, an adequate singer who I sent to No1 with a great song and production - and label, but who really was no better than all the Voice, X Factor and BGT people. Leona Lewis? Great song - she's a star. OK songs - she's disappeared without trace (thought I saw her serving tables at Angus Steak House last week).

Leona has a new album finished and due to be released very soon, from what I understand it's very strong but then they were the words of some involved.
