Agreed Lulu is still going strong 45 years later, Bucks Fizz went on to have 3 number 1s, and Brotherhood of man had several more top 10 hits and "Save your kisses" sold over 1 million.

The Eurovision winner always used to go to No. 1, up to and including Nicole in 1982 with a little peace.

Yes ITK, part of the problem when countries (like the UK) allow TV people to choose the entries, not music people. But Loreen's Euphoria was a big global hit three years ago (I won £700 on it). Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.
