Every 3 months money rolls in from both the PRS (for songs I have written - so those Doris Day covers and other such airplay on Nina Simone etc mount up - my pension) and PPL (masters I own and the copyright gets paid every time a copy is downloaded or played on TV and radio like, this week, The Sun Has Got His Hat On).

You'd be surprised how often Let It All Hang Out gets played on radio in Singapore or my Cherry Cherry or Million Dollar Bash get onto Dutch or Belgian radio - both top five hits in several countries). Or Johnny Reggae pops onto German radio. And even some odd ones on American stations (those that pay PPL - not all by any means). Hooked On A Feeling is a constant there.
