Interesting, looking at the Wikipedia entry, how many mistakes there are in it - and in the "appearances on the shows" entry. But as I totally remember appearing on the FIRST London Pops - as the first "highest new entry" (at 19) - to the horror of Johnny Stewart when he learned I was still an undergraduate at Cambridge and would doubtless be awful (I was). I subsequently did MANY Top of the Pops shows (including as Producer and Writer on the Hedgehoppers Anonymous hit) - every one not only in London but at TV centre. Not one in Manchester or elsewhere in London. My life until the late 1970s was constantly on the Pops, every time at TV centre. I got to know the studio very well indeed, as you may guess. And often visited and appeared on it through the 80s when I did the US chart break down usually filmed in America. Surely someone could update these incorrect entries? Likewise I bet Mel Cornish (one of the directors, who died young) had copies of shows such as the one including me doing Seagulls (never a hit)? His daughter Emma married Guy Freeman, currently Head of Entertainment at the BBC. Likewise the families of Stanley Dorfmann and Johnny Stewart who retired to Ibiza where my brother Andy met him several times when he holidayed in a nearby flat.

There was a guy called Jonathan King, whom I think had some minor hits in America, with a group called Headchoppers Anonymous. Anyway, he started his own record label called UK Records, and I remembered him from the '60s, so I took this track to him, and he said, "It's wonderful, it's a hit record. Yes, I'd love to sign a deal with you. What's the band called?" We didn't have a name, and he'd had a weird dream the night before. There are many descriptions of what 10cc means--he's got this very vivid imagination, and he came up with the name 10cc. I said, "Yeah, why not? It's a short, clip name, easily memorable, so why not?" And that's how10cc was formed!

You could do it JK. Just go to that wiki page, select the 'Edit' tab and away you go.

Put in the information you wish to add or correct and save it. What you're presented with may not look too user-friendly but it's not difficult.

Sadly NCS I have no idea who DID appear go TOTP or when (often even including myself) but there must be someone who cares AND knows?
