For once Jools Holland and I agree - We Have All The Time In The World (No6 on the ITV chart) was the best ever Bond song. For me, second is Live and Let Die (2). Then Skyfall (1). If Skyfall was no. 1 then that is a total travesty, and very much a case of people remembering only the recent. I couldn't hum the tune to skyfall. If the poll was taken ten years from now when Adele is forgotten then, it probably wouldn't make the top ten. This reminds me of a poll from 1988 of the best songs ever (Bros won with "When will I be famous". Where would it appear on today's chart.
