Bobby's Girl - the Susan Maugham cover version and UK hit. Those were the days when American hits, especially from small labels, got covered and turned into hits in the UK (1962). One of the things I love about the show is that it reminds me of characters I knew in the 60s and 70s - Philip Soloman discovered and produced David McWilliams, married Dorothy (is she still with us?
