Loving the new series of masterchef, particularly the lady of portuguese origin Alex, who keeps saying she is shy. Its nice to hear people admitting to been shy and doing well in this world where we are constantly been told that you must be bubbly and outgoing. Its nice to see nice quiet calm people doing well
