question for the experts re:music for TV 18 Years, 1 Month ago
I know a song that might work very well as a soundtrack to what's happening in Northern ireland next week and I was told that this site is a great place to ask the experts.
So my question is, how do I get a song under the nose of the people who choose music to accompany news pieces on BBC TV?
The song in question is: Time To Turn Around, by a band from Newry, Northern Ireland, called The 4 Of Us. (they were one of Muff's projects in his sony/columbia days)

Quite a nice track and a good idea - suggest you call the Head of News at BBC TV and ask his secretary for the contact name of the news producer covering it (will be NI based I assume).

thanks again JK.
the beebs switchboard actually put me through to the political editor for NI. most of the background stuff is in post-production already so it maybe too late. but he liked it too.
