If only I was 20 years younger.
Outside festival in July or August.
Aim for 200,000 people.
Get free performances by interesting musical acts.
Free to attend.
Give out documents pledging that...
People attending would NOT have any contact afterwards for 14 days with the vulnerable.
Everyone attending would pledge NOT to smoke & to give up if they did.
Masks should be worn.
I'd call it the FUCK CORONAVIRUS Festival.
Slogan - MediaHype.
If only I was 20 years younger.

Why not make it a onesie festival where everybody has to come dressed as a story book character in a COVID-19 proof onesie; the face masks could be painted into character too.
