Incidentally, on a techie note, I remember someone telling me the Red Choir used to tour with something like four microphones as their sound was so worked out. I see they all have little gizmos under their chins on this vid.

Interesting you mentioned Split Enz Michael, as I assumed at the time they were wearing the make up etc to not show their middle age, which of course history tells us was not the case.
I find this video incredible in comparison to a letter I still have in my posession from a pre-glastnost USSR government , asking for a copy of every lyric that would be sung before we were granted consideration to enter the country.
