Didn't think she could sing but Bleeding Love is pretty good.

Didn't impress me at all. Fairly bland song by a fairly ordinary singer.

I would go further than that. It's a bad song and Leona has a very limited voice. Parts of it are quite painful. Production never makes up for bad songwriting and lack of talent. But never mind we have also got Shayne Ward's latest single!

This is the best song of the year, maybe of the decade.

I finally plucked up the courage to listen to it.

Very un-inspiring. Awful vocal. Strip away the X-Factor factor and it wouldn't attract much attention at all. There is so much better quality music out there.

I like it and think it is 1000000000 million times better than anything Rhianna has churned out so far. Like those posting on here R&B is not may fave genre but surely respect to this girl - she has an awesome voice and this track has shades of the great tracks Whitney used to turn out for me.

Number one in the UK and probably the whole world.

I think that is a great and measured response BR.

In fact it spared you all my rantings on "how major millions are not spent on developing a song when all the ingredients are in place"..but sadly they still creep into type.

She does have a great voice indeed, but had Radio One not made such a point about who`s record it was they were playing this morning, I might well have let it drift obliviously over my head, without any thoughts of "X-Factor, the Songwriters ..", entering it whatsover.

However , they did, and in the "fictional first round invented whilst walking back from having my car serviced episode", a team of contestants came up with the chord sequence from "Stand By Me" and "Every Breath You Take" and sang as many melodies over it as possible.

If events on the scale that they are dealt out to the TV masses are to continue like this, I would like to see a bigger plan on the table from day one.

The song and tune are sadly not fresh and could well have come from the "difficult third album", this is a new and heavily invested in act, somebody somewhere should be trying harder here, and not saying "that`ll do"
