..what does one do , when a "band" set up a website claiming to live in your own acts town and using the same name but with a different line up, different line up, and no obvious product? Send a "Cease and desist" letter/email to whoever hosts the website. It sounds like "passing off" to me and if you tell the host that it will probably disappear. Or email the people doing it and ask are they aware of their blunder and/or WTF are they playing at.
