Looking for a CD to listen to on the way. I found the Upper Room only album in a box, it's hard to believe it's been about 17 years when it was released.

When I first heard Black and White by Upper Room when it first came out. I bought the album immediately.

When I saw the music video for All Over This Town. I was blown away how a young bunch of lads who looked like both secondary and college students made a solid, cracking album. They reminded of The Smiths and Crowded House.

I thought they were going to be next the big thing but they either were dropped from the record company or split up on mutual agreements. Which is a shame either way.
