OK so I admit I find the X factor quite hard to watch until the final stages as I am a very empahetic person and hate to see peoples feelings hurt!

So what an absolute delight to see the LOVELY lady trying to comfort Louis when she thought he was trying to tell her she was going home (she wasn't), I dont know her name and cant even remember her singing BUT she gets my vote as a genuinely lovely human being!!!!!
