TOPIC: Bizarre chart

Bizarre chart 17 Years, 7 Months ago
Still nobody has explained to me the muddle over Akon's brilliant Sorry Blame It On Me which appears to be back in the charts on physical at 22 after the digital charted weeks ago.

What was the reason and the problem?

Yet again you miss the point. Instead of worrying about some here today gone tomorrow single, why not celebrate the success of the Eagles album selling 134k OTC moving the market up 10%.Even Britney sold 42k.
The album proves the old adage -great music sells. Went to the launch last Wed at The Indigo and the band were as good as ever.

Good week for Nick Stewart who is the UK management consultant for this album. He oversaw the Wilburys re-issue too so two huge successes for him this year.

No I'm not missing the point Walter.

Great results there indeed but what happened on the Akon front?

I also don't understand your fixation on the Akon single. It's truly dreadful and I can't abide his nasal "voice".

I think it's funny, SW but leaving aside whether or not people like it, why was the marketing so badly mishandled?
