A way to discover yet more new talent. Elmore are the highest new entry. Their song is bouncy, imaginative and well in keeping with the modern scene. I've yet to check out their other stuff, but this song 'Up On High' has the potential to a massive hit.

Also love the Number One by Eric Severson.

Cliff makes it in there for apparently the first time.

Paul Boon Stewart's 'Kids On Rainbows' which I recall being tippedon here a few weeks back.

Libera do their stuff at 19. Very harmonic.

Also, The Strawbs continue to climb.
