Music week have the top 3 as follows.

1. Leon Jackson (yawn)
2. Katie and Eva

Are those sales figures AWFUL for this time of year ?

Surely they should be 20K plus at this stage for most of the Top 5 ?

Has X Factor Killed the Xmas Chart ?

2 of top 3 are X Factor and the number 2 and 4 are both oldies.......

It's sad that so many people are still buying into the X Factor hype. It's not even a good record. People moan that the X Factor is destroying the Christmas Number One but they still go out in their droves to buy the thing.

Ah but, we must allways take account of the people that don`t like music that much but buy it with a vague interest.

Quite a few hundred thousand of them there!
