Hello Tipfinders,

I play in a band from Newcastle Upon Tyne called The Plan For Tonight.

I tend to read the Tipsheet from time to time to find out about exciting new music and I see that people on here generally know what they're talking about.

We have just recently recorded a few new tracks and I would like to know what you people think of them. I don't strictly see this as shameless promotion, I would just like some feedback from people that are as interested in music as I am.

Listening here, we felt that the songs were quite early in their developement and needed re-arranging to bring the hooks out and shortening in the case of the first one to lose its demo sound prior to production.
Not there yet for us, keep it up.

I thought it was pretty good too. But I'm wondering about the singer. Is she singing within her comfortable range? There's an "issue" with her take, but I'm not that good on the techie side to tell you what. I get the feeling she is not "leading" the songs, which is the singer's role.
