Not only are their fans tribal and sort of cult like but calling their gigs Rituals is ridiculous. It's out of the Paul and Gene book, they called their gigs Parties.

There is nothing really metal about Ghost apart from their image. Glam metal was never really metal, it was just bubble gum rock that was easy to market, radio-friendly to some extent, but the lyrics were always suggestive and capitalising on bands like Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Warrant, and Poison was easy.

Seeing Poison back in the day was mental, women flashing, pissing themselves when they saw Bret topless, women getting wet in the seats and passing out. I still think I witnessed a woman giving herself a rubdown in the crowd. I wonder if women masturbated at Beatles or BCR gigs?

Amaranthe again is just another commercial band that tries to blend metal and electro pop into one. They are very Eurovision and poser shit.

There were some great pop-metal albums made in the 1980s.
