I'm hoping there are some fellow Tunecore members on here. I've been with Tunecore for a few months now. I wouldn't be surprised if I've sold no songs yet but my album went live in September and I still get the message that I have no sales data - "when your album goes live this page will show your albums and any sales data..." etc. It doesn't confirm that there are no sales, just that there is no data, which could just mean that no report has come through. I'm wondering if this message stays up until there is a sale, or do they put up the album with a zero sales report beside it. I always assume that zero sales is a form of sales data. I'm asking in case there is a hiccup with my account. I asked Tunecore, but they just sent me the same message as on my account page, which doesn't make things clear.

Sorry to droll on. Thanks to anyone who can enlighten me on the Tunecore procedure.

Our payments here have been ok from Tunecore.
Notably , December appeared to be in two parts, and payments from Napster would seem to be slightly slower than the other shops.
That said, I`m yet to recieve a Sony payment, but then I`m also yet to see a Sony download shop page.


As for the zero sales message, one of our albums did not appear on the statement at all, I am assuming that is a zero sales issue.
You may possibly have a hiccup, we`ve been there since pretty much day one and watched the company grow, any hiccups as far I know get sorted out, any known ones normally get notified e-mails about them.
