Oasis 5 Days, 20 Hours ago
I could never understand the popularity of either Oasis or Blur. Oasis had only one real hit - Don't Look Back In Anger (brilliant) but were whiny and annoying. Blur was nothing except Song 2 (brilliant). Both, for me, One Hit Wonders.

I've always thought the same. Oasis. Boring. Never understood the appeal at all. Liam Gallagher an unpleasant idiot with none of the talent or charisma of Lennon, the man he has tried to emulate. Blur did nothing for me either. I found the songs uninspiring and dull. I think with Oasis it was down to the Lads Mags Culture and the 'We're a reet couple of Manc Geezers us..' So young men subscribed to the bollox. If they were playing live in my back garden I'd draw the curtains.

It has baffled me but people loved their bad boy image. Their fans are vile to be be honest. I have heard of stories about their gigs, one being two people were glassed in the face.
