A friend refers to the Adele single as a "real hit" - is it, or has the rather unspectacular chart progress illustrated it's just another OK hit?

And is the Basshunter track a real hit? It's been huge almost everywhere in different incarnations.

How has it actually sold here? Enormous or just bigger than anything else?
